Work to be done includes something for everyone whether you are skilled with bubble wrap and packing boxes, handy with a screwdriver or good on the heavy lifting - there will be a job for you and your help will be much appreciated.  We have quite a bit of work to do between now and the 10th May when building works will commence.

Whether you come for just a few hours or a longer session, every bit of help counts.

Come along and enjoy this important milestone in the clubs long and proud history.  If you are willing to help on the tools bring your power screw driver, shifting spanner, hammer etc.  Otherwise bring yourself, some gloves, and a happy head.

Please go the ALL EVENTS TAB  shown in red above and register your name for each session you are able to attend as this will help with our work scheduling, 

There will be working bee sessions from early til late on the following dates:

• Saturday 17th April commencing 0900 til 1630 or parts thereof.
• Sunday 18th April commencing 0900.
• Saturday 24th April commencing 0900.
• Saturday 1st May commencing 0900.
• Sunday 2nd May commencing 1000.
• Saturday 8th May as required - will be getting to panic stage!!
• Sunday 9th May until its finsished - will be panic if not done by then!!

Weekday working bee sessions will also be scheduled for:

• Wednesday 21st April 1700 - 1900.
• Thursday 22nd April 1700 - 1900.
• Tuesday 27th April 1300 - 1600.
• Wednesday 28th April all day, based on helper availability.
• Thursday 29th April all day based on helper availability.
• Tuesday 5th May all day, based on helper availability and progress to date.
• Wednesday 6th May all day, based on helper availability and progress to date.
• Thursday 7th May all day based on helper availability and progress to date

There will also be short sessions or tasks that can be assigned to anyone with a few hours to spare via direct coordination with Andrew Ford (phone 0480103378)

• packing up tower, dismantling tower equipment and cupboards (can commence from 18th April)
• packing up and dismantling members bar trophy cabinet;( can commence from 18th April)
• bubble wrapping and packing honor boards, photos, pictures; (can commence from now)
• dismantling canteen cool room; (can commence from 18th April)
• packing canteen (can commence in part now but needs to be operable for 1st May)
• moving heavy equipment ( commence 2nd May)
• clearing gear from main boat shed, sorting rubbish etc (can commence now)
• reconfiguring boat storage for best positioning during refurb works; (post 24th April)
• clearing store area under stairs; (can commence from now)
• packing, sorting and boxing papers and files; (can commence now)

Tasks will be coordinated by Quentin and Andrew or a coordinator assigned for each working day or major tasks.
