Come along for a casual evening of fun and great company. 

The evening will involve CYC Presentation night, casual dinner, socialising with fellow CYC members, live music, dancing, and FUN.  New members are encouraged to attend, whether you are a sailing, windsurf, SUP or social member this will be a great opportunity to meet other CYC members.

Further details will be released in the coming weeks but what you need to know now is:

DATE: 1st May 2021

TIME: From 6:00PM til late

FORMAT: Presentation, eat and socialise, music and party.  We will use a casual format with hall, members room and deck, enabling maximum attendance numbers and options for a quiet catch up on the deck.

MUSIC: LIVE BAND - Dean Addison's Hidden Charms (dance, soul and blues party music with a bit of rock n roll thrown in)

FOOD:  Great local pizza

COST: $20 per person - covers cost of dinner and band

WHO CAN ATTEND: This is an event for CYC member and members families.

The past year has been a fantastic year for the club despite the impact of COVID-19 - our membership numbers have increased significantly; our sailing training was booked out; we held three great regattas (FOAK, International Women's Day and the Chelsea Classic);  ~30 races went ahead during this last season; we had glimpses of a return to a strong CYC regular sailing fleet; and the club was buzzing with activity most Friday evenings and Saturdays throughout summer.

This will be the last opportunity to celebrate in our club as she looks now and an opportunity to farewell the old entry foyer, stairs, bar and canteen as we close the club to allow completion of lift access, accessible toilets, new kitchen, bar relocation to overlook the beach and major improvements to the downstairs main entry area.
