Chelsea Yacht Club ‘Out There’ program is specifically designed to provide a more appealing opportunity for the 12 – 17 year age group.  This event is one of an ongoing series of CYC 'OutThere' experience sessions to be delivered by Chelsea Yacht Club during the school holidays and continuing through the warmer months on various weekends..

The format is relaxed and casual, with the primary focus being FUN.  Trained instructors will support participants to be able to try a range of water activities including Stand Up Paddling, Windsurfing, dinghy sailing plus beach activities and a social snack afterwards.

The sessions provide participants with support and guidance to gain basic skills and confidence to get out on the water and have fun safely from the very first session.  Our objective is simple - we want to help teenagers to have FUN, try something new and learn new skills in a safe, friendly and very relaxed environment.  Enough of school, this is about fun.

Come and give it a go.  Get your friends together and book a spot on this or any one of our fun focussed 'CYC 'OutThere Sailing/Windsurfing Experience' sessions.  You do not need to be a member of Chelsea Yacht Club and you definitely do not need any prior experience.  Bookings are required to help us with planning.

The cost of participation is $25 per person and covers all tuition and sailing equipment.  Discounts available for larger groups.

Spaces are limited so bookings are required. Particpants as welcome to enjoy the club facilities for a social chat and snack after the water and beach activities and there is comfortable space for non participants to sit and watch the fun.
